You are invited to ATVAM’s Annual 2013 Vision Conference / Membership Meeting

All members are invited.  Cost is $40.00 per attendee and will include Saturday lunch and morning refreshments/snacks both Saturday and Sunday.   

 

Please pre- register NOW so that we can get food counts by no later than February 20^th.

 

Breezy Point has a block of rooms at a special ATVAM rate so get your room reservations by 2/15

• Pot Luck dinner – Please bring something to share.  Breezy has given us two adjoining rooms that we can use for this purpose.

• General Membership Meeting – open to all members
• ATVAM – Minutes/Treasurer Report/New & Old Busness
• Regional Director Review / Reappointments and nominations
• Nominations for ATVAM Second Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary
